• How long is delivery usually?
• Deliveries within Germany usually take 4–8 days, depending on current demand. If you need your order sooner, feel free to leave a note at checkout or send us an email - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  

• Can I track my order?
  • If you would like to follow your order throughout its delivery, please choose the “with tracking” shipping option.
  • With the "standard" option, you can only see when your order has arrived at your local shipping center by checking the tracking link. Please note that if you select standard shipping, we are unable to provide information about the current status of your order.

• Can you use my caliber for my order? 
• Yes! You can send us your custom bullets or caliber and we can use it for almost every product! Just send us an email or contact us on Instagram.

 

• Can I include a custom message?
• Yes! This is perfect for gifts that are sent directly. Just add:          Include note: "..." in the comment section during checkout

 

• How do I know which size to choose?
• Use measuring tape to measure your wrist size or wrap a string around it and use a ruler - either way, please don't adjust the size (as there is a gap for the Classic Bullacelet for example). Send us the original one you measured! 

• Can I return & exchange my Bullacelets order?
• Unfortunately: no. Our products are custom made with every order, therefore you cannot exchange your order. Thank you for understanding! :)

• How do you pronounce Bullacelets & how did you come up with the name?
• Buu-leyys-lets (say it in English)
• our brother came up with it by combining "bullet" & "bracelets"

• Should I take my bracelet off during showers or sport?
• Yes! We encourage you to take your bracelets off before, to ensure they stay in shape for as long as possible. But don't freak out if you're seeing this after you've done so; a few showers will do no harm ;)
