Return Policy

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bullacelets.com within the 14-day return period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping and must arrange and purchase their own return shipping label.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
