If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bullacelets.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
